Subscription

Your Fusion WiFi subscription will continue month-on-month until terminated in accordance with our cancellation policy.  To use the Fusion WiFi service, you must have an active internet connection within your place of business and provide us with a current and valid payment method.

30 Day Money Back Promise

Should you be unhappy with the Fusion WiFi service in any way, you have the right to return the equipment to Fusion WiFi within 30 days and receive all monies paid back.  This will be returned to you by Bank Transfer within 7 working days or receipt of equipment.

Free Equipment

Fusion WiFi will supply you with a standard router free of charge upon signing up to a subscription.  This router will be shipped on the same working day if the order is received prior to 2:30pm by courier.  The cost of courier is £7.15 + VAT for delivery to Mainland UK, but may be higher for delivery to other regions.

Some larger venues may require a higher specification of router, which may cost more money and the cost of which shall be billable to the subscriber.  Examples of venues that may require higher specification routers are hotels, large nightclubs and conference arenas.  If in any doubt as to whether a standard router will be suitable, contact Fusion WiFi.

Should you cancel your Fusion WiFi subscription within six calendar months of commencing your subscription, you are required to return the free router to Fusion WiFi at the address stated on our website.

Billing

The subscription fee for the Fusion WiFi service is billed on a monthly basis on the calendar day corresponding to when the free router was delivered.  Upon purchase, the first month subscription and delivery charges are paid, with billing taking place monthly thereafter on the date corresponding to when the free router was delivered.

Fusion WiFi accept payment via Bank Transfer, Recurring Card Payment and Direct Debit (UK Customers Only).  All purchases through FusionWiFi.com default onto Recurring Card Payment and the registered card will be automatically billed each month.  Customers wishing to amend their payment method or card details should contact Fusion WiFi on +44 1202 912202 or email [email protected]

You can cancel your Fusion WiFi subscription at any time by providing one-month notice.  To cancel your service, please write to [email protected] and you will receive confirmation of receipt and instructions via email.  You will continue to receive the service for one calendar month following notification of cancellation.  Should you cancel your subscription mid-month during your billing cycle, you will pay a prorated amount for the final bill.  Fusion WiFi will confirm the outstanding amount upon receipt of a cancellation request.

Passwords and Account Access

The person who subscribed to the Fusion WiFi service shall be provided account access to the Fusion WiFi web portal which holds all customer data and usage analytics.  This account holder may create access for other team members at their discretion.

No account user should ever share or reveal their Fusion WiFi login credentials in order to comply with Data Protection Laws.

You are responsible for updating and maintaining the accuracy of the user information provided to Fusion WiFi.  Should you have any doubts or need to inform Fusion WiFi of any possible breaches, or need to remove individual access, contact Fusion WiFi immediately using the contact details stated on our website.

Customer Support

Fusion WiFi provide support for our product as standard including the provisioning of our router to allow the connection of third-party access points.

Fusion WiFi will not provide as standard support for IT related questions that extend beyond the provision of connecting the Fusion WiFi router to the existing WiFi network.  Such requests for remote support shall be billable at £50 per hour with a minimum support time of 15 minutes.

Fusion WiFi aim to respond to and resolve all queries within 8 working hours of receipt.  Fusion WiFi’s support hours are between 9am and 5.30pm UK time.

Changes to Terms and Pricing

Fusion WiFi may, from time to time, change these terms and/or our pricing.  We will notify you at least 30 days before these changes apply to you.
