Sometimes things go wrong and we’re here to help when they do.
Our platform is centrally managed so any issues you maybe experiencing are often unique to your location, in order for us to get to the root of the problem quickly, please ensure you’ve done the following checks:

  • Check there’s power to the Fusion WiFi router.
  • Check that your internet connection is working – try plugging a laptop into the cable that connects your broadband router to the Fusion WiFi router.
  • Power Cycle the Fusion WiFi router and your Broadband Router.
